Thank you for choosing to rent with us. In order for us to process your application we must receive payment of an application fee, processing fee, and security deposit. You may send us a check along with your application or if you prefer we can charge these fees to your credit card. The application fee is non-refundable. If your application is approved we will reserve an apartment unit for you. Should you decide not to move in after your application has been approved, the security deposit and processing fee will be forfeited. Upon receipt of the application the property manager will confirm the availability of your desired unit type. In the event the desired unit type is unavailable we will not process your application and all fees and deposits will be returned to you. Again thank you for moving in with us.
