In addition to honoring excellence within our organization, we’re proud to recognize leadership that strengthens the industry as a whole. This December, MRG Regional Property Manager, Nikki Westmoreland was honored by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as ARM of the Year and was officially sworn in as the 2026 IREM Memphis Chapter President—a reflection of her leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence in property management. We’re grateful to have her representing MRG in Memphis and around the country.
