This award celebrates the behind-the-scenes excellence that keeps our communities looking their best—recognizing attention to detail, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship.
🏆 Jimmy Dickson Maintenance Technician of the Year
Winner: Marcus Johnson, The Ellington at Kirby
Named in honor of Jimmy Dickson, this award recognizes a maintenance technician who demonstrates exceptional skill, dependability, and a resident-first mindset.
🏆 Corporate Employee of the Year
Winner: The Entire Accounting and Administrative Department! Wendy Anderson, Vaughn Crawford, Ellen Duncan, Jayme Ellison, Catherine Hinds-Armstrong, Nancy Imre, Michelle McCracken, Sheila Pai, Allyson Tutera and Christy Webster.
This award is presented to a corporate team member whose contributions have made a meaningful impact on the company through collaboration, expertise, and dedication.
🏆 Outstanding Management Team
Winner: At the Park / Madison at McLean
Recognizing a management team that exemplifies teamwork, communication, and leadership while delivering strong results for their property and residents.
🏆 The Pat Barker Award
Winner: Henry Brown, Maintenance Technician, Champion Hills at Windyke
The Pat Barker Award honors an individual whose integrity, commitment, and lasting impact reflect the values Pat Barker embodied throughout their career.
🏆 Beyond Our Organization
In addition to honoring excellence within our organization, we’re proud to recognize leadership that strengthens the industry as a whole. This December, MRG Regional Property Manager, Nikki Westmoreland was honored by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as ARM of the Year and was officially sworn in as the 2026 IREM Memphis Chapter President—a reflection of her leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence in property management. We’re grateful to have her representing MRG in Memphis and around the country.
