Michael Greenberg

Chief Executive Officer

As chief executive officer, Michael Greenberg coordinates all acquisition, disposition, and financing activities for Makowsky Ringel Greenberg’s internal portfolio as well as real estate investment activities for a variety of client groups. He is both a certified property manager and certified commercial investment member. In addition, he is a life member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Greenberg is a graduate of The University of Michigan, from which he holds both Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Computer Engineering degrees. He is currently serving as board chair of Jewish Community Partners, the operating entity for the Memphis Jewish Federation and Memphis Jewish Foundation.

Greenberg serves as the firm’s principal broker for Tennessee and Mississippi. Prior to forming Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC, he served as the chief financial officer of Makowsky & Ringel, Incorporated, a Memphis-based real estate development, management, and brokerage company. Previous real estate experience included Trammell-Crow Company. He also worked for IBM in Detroit, Michigan.
