MRG Buys Land in Midtown

Madison and McLean Land Purchased

As reported in this Commercial Appeal article, MRG has purchased land in Midtown at the corner of Madison and McLean. It has been broadly speculated by the media and others that MRG will build apartments on this property. However, no definitive plans have yet been made of the land that the firm purchased as what it considers an excellent investment in the growing submarket that could be utilized for a variety of different purposes.  MRG currently manages a total of 352 apartment units, including rental homes, in the Midtown submarket.
